Joel Paley and Marvin Laird's award-winning all female character camp killer cult classic Ruthless! The Musical receives its UK premi re at the Arts Theatre for a strictly limited 14 week run. The musical has played Off Broadway to critical acclaim over the past 25 years. This brand new production, directed by Richard Fitch, opens on 27 March, with previews from 16 March, and runs until 23 June. Public booking opening on 29 January.

As part of their 10th anniversary season Rose Theatre Kingston today announces the full cast for Stephen Bill's award-winning play Curtains. Lindsay Posner directs Leo Bill (Michael), Caroline Catz (Susan), Jonathan Coy (Geoffrey), Tim Dutton (Douglas), Wendy Nottingham (Margaret), Saskia Reeves (Katherine), Sandra Voe (Ida) and Marjorie Yates (Mrs Jackson). The production opens on Wednesday 28 February, with previews from Thursday 22 February, and runs until Saturday 17 March.

Artistic Director of Sheffield Theatres Robert Hastie today announces that Jonathan Hyde and Daniel Rigby will lead the company for Kate Hewitt's regional premi re production of Peter Morgan's Frost/Nixon. Hyde returns to Sheffield Theatres, where he recently played the title role in Hastie's production of Julius Caesar, to play Richard Nixon, with Daniel Rigby as David Frost. China Broadway Entertainment announces its latest original global musical: Road to Heaven: The Jonathan Lee Musical. Adapted from the novel by internationally acclaimed author Li Xiuwen, the original musical will feature music by one of China's most iconic singer-songwriters Jonathan Lee.
