One of reality television's most notable competitions concludes tonight. A winner will be crowned. Someone will cry. Well, multiple someones might cry. DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS has named their three finalists, and one will finish out the week with some toned biceps - from hauling around the mirrorball trophy on the daytime talk show circuit.
Whether or not DANCING WITH THE STARS is your guilty pleasure and set for a season pass on TiVo, whether it's something you hate or love or hate-to-love, this season is essentially over. Tonight is the final performance episode of DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS, and tomorrow, America and the judges will place that glitzy trophy in a contestant's hand. For the first time in the series' history, that hand will undoubtedly be a female's.
In the final one-hour performance show on Monday, each of the couples will compete in two dances. All three couples will perform their favorite routine from the season, as well as a Super-Sized Freestyle. For their Freestyle, they'll be allowed to add extra performers, incorporating all kinds of lifts and tricks to create an out-of-this-world entertaining routine.

We're at the tail end of this season's DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS. It's a little bit like the last day of middle school, isn't it? We can only hope it gets a little bit better from here.

In honor of Veterans Day, the first round will feature performances to songs that pay homage to servicemen and women. During the Latin Trio round, each couple will be joined by an eliminated pro or Troupe dancer, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12 (8:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. The audience will also be joined by members of several branches of the Armed Forces, including two former Marines, William Franco Vasquez and Nick Jones Jr., who will be special guests on an episode of ABC's hit comedy "The Middle" on November 14.

In honor of the exorbitantly important elimination tomorrow - you know, the one that will essentially determine what sort of country America will come to be known as in the near-future (also, vote) - DANCING WITH THE STARS is foregoing their own elimination this week. Instead, we'll be treated to a double-elimination next week.
During this week's two-hour performance show on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 5 (8:00-10:01 p.m., ET), the seven remaining couples will perform a fusion dance that has was chosen by their competitors on last week's show. The show's opening number, choreographed by Henry Byalikov, will feature The Troupe and four pros from the season. Later in the night, after the couples' individual rounds, they will all take the dance floor for a swing dance marathon with the chance to add up to 10 extra points to their scores for the night. The couple in first place will get 10 points, the couple in second place will get 9 points, the couple in third place will get 8 points, the couple in fourth place will get 7 points, the couple in fifth place will get 6 points, the couple in sixth place will get 5 points and the seventh place couple will get 4 points.
As if "Country Week" wasn't bad enough, it also brought with it one appalling elimination. ATTENTION READERS: a good number of you are going to be pretty upset. Tonight's shocker is only second to earlier this season when Bristol Palin wasn't sent home. So, uh, keep reading - or don't if you're prone to destroying your television and/or computer with a hammer.
