Actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan will join the critically acclaimed drama THE GOOD WIFE as a series regular during the show's upcoming seventh season.

The ATX TV Festival looked very similar to a Stars Hollow town meeting this weekend when the cast of GILMORE GIRLS reunited for a special panel on the show. The Paley Center for Media today revealed the initial lineup of special guest panelists scheduled to appear at the 32nd annual TV fan festival PALEYFEST LA from March 6-15, 2015 at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland.

Emmy and Tony Award-winning actor David Hyde Pierce will join the critically acclaimed drama THE GOOD WIFE in a recurring role during the show's upcoming sixth season. Pierce will play a highly respected cable news legal commentator who is so disgusted by the corruption and murder rate in Chicago that he decides to run for office in order to affect change. The role will mark Pierce's first appearance in a television series since "Frasier" ended its run in 2004.

Meanwhile, Peter asks Alicia to renew their vows and Kalinda plays two sides of the firm against each other, on Sunday, April 21 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on CBS. Mamie Gummer returns as Nancy Crozier. Journalist and CBS THIS MORNING host Charlie Rose guest stars as himself.

On THE GOOD WIFE's upcoming episode, titled 'Invitation to an Inquest,' Alicia and Will's latest case brings them to an inquest at the coroner's office, where they are hindered by a strict rule that limits their questioning to three per witness. Also, Cary's father returns to bring new business to the firm and Eli schemes against Jordan, on Sunday, March 17 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on CBS. John Shea returns as Jeffrey Agos, Cary's father.

The Casting Society of America (CSA) has announced the presenters for the organization's New Y0rk 28th Annual Artios Awards for outstanding achievement in casting given in 22 categories including film, television and theater. The bi-coastal award ceremonies will be held simultaneously on Monday, October 29, 2012 at the The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles (reception will commence at 6:00 p.m. PDT) and at XL Nightclub, Cabaret & Lounge (512 West 42nd Street) in New York (reception will commence at 6:00 p.m. EDT).

As part of the "Made in NY" Industry Series, the Mayor's Office of Media & Entertainment and CBS will present CBS in NYC, an in-depth look at what it takes to make a television series on location in New York City.
