Founded by Bernadette Peters and Mary Tyler Moore, this event features celebrities from the hottest shows on Broadway. The event, produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, will take place on Saturday, July 11 in Shubert Alley (located between 44th and 45th Streets, between Broadway and Eighth Avenue). The festivities begin at 3:00 p.m. where you meet all the adoptable dogs and cats; celebrity presentations of adoptable pets will take place between 5:00-6:30 p.m. This year's event will be co-hosted by Bernadette Peters and Andrew Rannells (The Book of Mormon, HBO's 'Girls'). The event is free and open to the public.

Shapiro, at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street). Alexander steps into the role created by David in the comedy about a death in the family. Shapiro, at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street). Mr. Alexander steps into the role created by Mr. David in the comedy about a death in the family. Larry David will play his final performance in FISH IN THE DARK on Sunday, June 7. The limited engagement run of the production, originally scheduled through June 7, is extended for six weeks through Sunday, July 19.
A $35 rush policy will be launched on Tuesday, June 9th when Tony Award-winning actor Jason Alexander assumes the role of Norman Drexel in Larry David's hit comedy Fish In the Dark, directed by Anna D. Shapiro, at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street). A limited number of rush tickets will be available the day of the performance at the box office of the Cort Theatre. The $35 rush tickets will be limited to 2 per person and will be available when the box office opens.
