Cape Rep Theatre's 32nd season continues with the Cape Cod premiere of A New Brain, music and lyrics by William Finn, book by William Finn and James Lapine September 14th through October 15th.

Two unmistakable voices that helped define an entire generation of music in America, Mary Wilson of The Supremes and Martha Reeves of The Vandellas, come together for an evening of Motown favorites at Pepperdine University's Smothers Theatre in Malibu on Saturday, October 7 at 8 p.m.

Mercury Artistic Director Antoine Plante and Executive Director Brian Ritter announced the orchestra's seventeenth season today. Beginning August 31, 2017, and featuring a vibrant mix of composers from various countries and a diverse range of works, the 2017-18 season offers something for music lovers of all ages.

Thomas G. Waites TGW ACTING STUDIO is pleased to announce the world premiere production of Thomas Waites' musical MACAIRE. Directed by Waites and musically directed by Steffani Bennett, the show will play a limited engagement at Teatro Latea (107 Suffolk St., NYC). Motown the Musical has just released 500,000 new tickets for sale, taking bookings for the hit West End production into 2019 when the show will celebrate its third year in London and Motown will celebrate sixty years since the record company was founded. 

Cape Rep Theatre continues its 2017 season with the 10-time Tony-winning musical, BILLY ELLIOT, THE MUSICAL, book and lyrics by Lee Hall, music by Elton John, August 2 through August 27: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm, and Sundays August 13, 20 and 27 at 2 pm.  Tickets are $35-40.  Pay-What-You-Can-Night is the first Friday, August 4. In true fashion, Pacific Symphony ends its 2016-17 season with a concert designed to make a lasting impression. In the spotlight is Mahler's epic Second Symphony, in which the composer ponders nothing less than life, death and transcendence-and in so doing pens some of his most sublime music.

Motown The Musical, which recently celebrated its first birthday in London, is currently booking at the Shaftesbury Theatre to 24 February 2018. With music and lyrics from the Motown catalogue and book by Motown founder Berry Gordy, the production features a sixteen-piece orchestra playing 50 Motown tracks including Ain't No Mountain High Enough, I'll Be There, Dancing In The Street, Stop! Cape Rep Theatre is celebrating its 32nd season with an exciting line up of plays and musicals, all of them Cape Cod premieres, one fresh from New York. The Indoor Theater season will open with Richard Nelson's Regular Singing, followed by Jaclyn Backhaus' ingenious comedy, Men On Boats.
