DIVA celebrates fabulous female vocalists paying tribute to some of histories most over the top icons! The cast performs a brand new show every week with exciting new guests rotating. Broadway Workshop, New York's top youth theatre program brought the Broadway musical XANADU, back to New York this past weekend. Broadway Workshop's production marked the first NYC staging of Xanadu since the 2007 Broadway production. Performances took place The Baruch Performing Arts Center and ran May 17th through May 19th. It was announced today that four-time Tony Award nominated and Drama Desk Award-winning actress Tovah Feldshuh will return to host the seventh annual Broadway Beauty Pageant. Celebrity judges have also been announced. Andrea Martin (Pippin), Billy Porter (Kinky Boots), and Michael Urie (Buyer and Cellar) have been tapped to judge the event which will take place on Monday evening, May 20th, at 8:00p.m., at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts (566 LaGuardia Place). Lisa Lambert, the Tony Award-winning lyricist of The Drowsy Chaperone, will write the opening number. The popular event is the annual benefit of New York's Ali Forney Center.

Singer Kelly King won the 2013 coveted 'Silver Seagull' Award for best international singer at the Viña Del Mar International Song Festival in Chile. The festival has been held annually since 1960 and is considered the most important musical event in the Americas. Organized by the largest television station in the country, Chilevision, King performed her title track, 'Keep The Dream Alive', and was awarded Thursday February 28, 2013 with the coveted award while being the underdog of the competition.
