Casa Mañana is excited to announce that Tony and Emmy Award-winning comedian Martin Short will be the entertainment at this year's Laugh with a Legend Gala on Saturday, August 29, 2009, at Casa Mañana Theatre in Fort Worth.

After breaking box office records and selling out in record time for a two-week engagement in 2006, WICKED, the smash-hit musical, Opens Tonight July 30 at SAN DIEGO CIVIC THEATRE as a Broadway/San Diego - A Nederlander Presentation, playing through Sunday, August 30.

Full casting was announced today for MEMPHIS, an original Broadway musical, opening Monday, October 19, 2009 at the Shubert Theatre (225 W. 44th Street) following critically-acclaimed and sold-out engagements at La Jolla Playhouse and Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre. Previews begin on Wednesday, September 23, 2009.

Artistic Director Nicholas Martin opened the 2009 Nikos Stage season directing the world-premiere of Knickerbocker by Jonathan Marc Sherman (Women and Wallace, Sophistry, Things We Want), which played July 8-19.
