Iconic Grammy and Oscar-winning singer/songwriter and activist Melissa Etheridge has announced the release of her new album, 'The Medicine Show', out April 12th, 2019 via Concord Records and Snakefarm Records in the UK. 

Carson Daly has decided to step away from his 1:30 a.m. show “Last Call with Carson Daly” to concentrate on his duties as host of the Orange Room on “Today,” host and producer on “The Voice” and spend more time with his family. While on “Last Call,” Daly was working in three dayparts – morning, primetime and late night.

The Broward Stage Door Theatre is slowly but steadily growing into its new Lauderhill home. The Producers is a show that can challenge any major regional theatre with its performance and technical demands. The Stage Door has taken on said challenge with grace. Today, the Recording Academy's Task Force on Diversity and Inclusion announced an unprecedented new initiative that aims to expand opportunities for female music producers and engineers. The Producer & Engineer Inclusion Initiative is the inaugural action of a larger strategy to address gender inequity in the music industry. According to a 2018 USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative study, only 2 percent of music producers and 3 percent of engineers/mixers across popular music are women. This initiative is the first step in a broader effort to improve those numbers and increase diversity and inclusion for all in the music industry.
