Acclaimed actor/writer JEREMY LAWRENCE has just been added to the performers taking part in the sold-out "A Celebration of Tennessee Williams" this Monday night, February 7th at the 92nd Street Y.

In 1997 the Morrison Center partnered with a Utah-based agency in order to present top-notch entertainment in Boise. Since that time, the Treasure Valley has enjoyed productions such as: Jesus Christ Superstar; the first National tour of Miss Saigon; Annie; Cats; Chicago; Rent; and the international mega hit Mamma Mia!. Other notable events stemming from this collaboration include: David Copperfield; Bill Cosby; Kurt Bestor; and Hal Holbrook's Mark Twain.

People's Light & Theatre presents Kidnapped!, an adaptation of the Robert Louis Stevenson novel, by Ernie Joselovitz, which closes February 6, 2011. Resident Director Samantha Bellomo directs. Play Dead,the new off-Broadway comic thriller co-written and directed by Teller (of Penn & Teller) and co-written & performed by Todd Robbins, will mark its 100th performance on Saturday, February 5 at 10pm at Off-Broadway's Players Theater (115 MacDougal Street at Minetta Lane). Play Dead opened to rave reviews on November 10, for an open-ended run. The cast of PLAY DEAD includes Geri Berman, Charlotte Pines, Drea Lorraine and Don Meehan.

According to a report by Deadline.com, Robert Forster is set to play Ronald Reagan in both the one-man stage show and movie version of David Rambo's The Lifeguard: Ronald Reagan and His Story. Tony award winning director Peter Hunt has also signed on for the project.
