Single tickets to any of the five productions comprising Westport Country Playhouse's 80th Anniversary Season, including two musicals and a comic drama, playing from April through October, will go on public sale, Tuesday, March 2 at noon.

The Agatha Christie classic murder mystery, 'And Then There Were None,' will be read by Westport Country Playhouse actor alumni and audience favorites Geneva Carr, Keir Dullea, Beth Fowler, Charlotte Moore, Ciarán O'Reilly, Joe Paulik, Jay O. Sanders, Mark Shanahan, Mark Silence, Doug Stender and Paxton Whitehead on Monday, February 22, 7 p.m., at Westport Country Playhouse.

Lincoln Center Theater (under the direction of Andre Bishop, Artistic Director, and Bernard Gersten, Executive Producer) announced three productions that it will produce during the 2010-2011 season at the Vivian Beaumont Theater and on Broadway. The first, a musical version of the Pedro Almodóvar film WOMEN ON THE VERGE OF A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN, with book by Jeffrey Lane, music and lyrics by David Yazbek and direction by Bartlett Sher, will begin previews Saturday, October 2 when it will reopen the newly restored Belasco Theatre (111 W. 44 Street). Opening night is Thursday, November 4.

Westport Country Playhouse's Family Festivities Series will present the treasured tale, 'Charlotte's Web,' based on E. B. White's loving story of the friendship between a pig named Wilbur and a little gray spider named Charlotte, on Sunday, February 28, 1 and 4 p.m.

The New York Times is reporting that HAPPY NOW? will extend its run at Primary Stages through March 21st. With direction by Liz Diamond, the seven-member cast features Kate Arrington as Bea, Kelly AuCoin as Johnny, Mary Bacon as Kitty, Brian Keane as Carl, Joan MacIntosh as June, Quentin Mare as Miles and CJ Wilson as Michael.

The Broadway Boys, a collection of the hottest male voices currently working on the New York stage, will present a concert of Broadway favorites, on Sunday, February 14, 3 p.m., at Westport Country Playhouse.

Alley Theatre's world premiere of the new musical Wonderland will close on Sunday, February 14.

Primary Stages concludes its 25th anniversary season of new works celebrating the female playwright with the New York premiere of Happy Now? by Lucinda Coxon. Mark Lamos will stage a reading of You Can't Take It With You for The Acting Compay at Playwrights Horizons on Monday, February 8th at 7pm. The cast for the reading, headed by Oscar winner F. Murray Abraham, also features Matt Amednt, Casey Biggs, Patricia Conolly, Stephen DeRosa, Harriet Harris, Pamela Hyberg, Angela Pierce, David Schramm, and Andrew Weems.

Westport Country Playhouse's Family Festivities Series will present the musical 'Laura Ingalls Wilder,' about the exciting adventures of the beloved author who wrote the classic 'Little House' series of children's books, on Sunday, February 7, 1 and 4 p.m.

Lincoln Center Theater (under the direction of Andre Bishop, Artistic Director, and Bernard Gersten, Executive Producer) has announced plans to expand its operations to the roof of the Vivian Beaumont Theater. Construction will begin this spring on a 23,000 square foot, two-story addition which is designed by noted architect Hugh Hardy of H3 Hardy Collaboration Architecture. Budgeted at $41 million, it will house a 131-seat theater and dressing rooms, as well as much needed rehearsal and office space for the LCT staff and an outdoor terrace surrounded by a green roof. The theater will be named the Claire Tow Theater, in honor of the wife of longtime LCT Board Member Leonard Tow, recognizing the Tow Foundation's outstanding leadership support. It will become the home of LCT3, Lincoln Center Theater's programming initiative dedicated to producing the work of new artists and the development of new audiences. Completion of the project is anticipated in late 2011 - early 2012.

The LA Opera's 2010-2011 season has been announced, and will begin on September 23 with the world premiere of Daniel Catán's IL POSTINO (THE POSTMAN). IL POSTINO will play through October 16 and star Placido Domingo. Ron Daniels will direct with scene and costume design by Riccardo Hernandez (Tony Award winner) and lighting design by Jennifer Tipton (two-time Tony Award winner).
