HANDLE WITH CARE, A Cross-Cultural Romantic Comedy is Coming to Florida Studio Theatre's Keating Theatre

Florida Studio Theatre (FST) presents Handle With Care by Emmy Nominee Jason Odell Williams, a delightfully fresh holiday comedy. Called 'Hilarious and heartwarming' by The New York Times, Handle With Care brings two utterly different people together on Christmas Eve under the most tragic and absurd of circumstances. A New York Times Critics Pick, Handle With Care will run in FST's Keating Theatre starting December 11.

Anthony Warlow to Return to THE SECRET GARDEN in Australia

Australian musical theatre star Anthony Warlow will revisit one of his most acclaimed roles, Archibald Craven in The Secret Garden, in the 25th anniversary production which will open at Sydney Lyric Theatre in August next year. NOCHEBUENA Returns to The Soraya

Ballet Folklórico de Los Ángeles takes center stage at The Soraya, with Eugenia León, La Diva de México, who brings her elegant, powerful vocals. She will be backed by LA's own Mariachi Garibaldi. Nochebuena continues The Soraya's tradition of celebrating the holidays, Mexican-style with two performances on Saturday, December 14 at 3:00pm and 8:00pm.

The girls are not only victims of their cultural differences (one is Argentinian and the other one Brazilian), but also have to face being discriminated by their homophobic neighbors, situation that becomes harder and more scary each day.

THE LAST TEMPTATION OF BORIS JOHNSON Tour Announces Full Cast

Following the sold-out run at Park Theatre, London, full casting has been announced for the first national tour of The Last Temptation of Boris Johnson, the new political comedy from journalist, broadcaster and playwright Jonathan Maitland (An Audience with Jimmy Savile, Dead Sheep). Directed by Dugald Bruce-Lockheart, the tour will begin at Festival Theatre, Malvern on 22 January 2020.

WINTER SONGS ON MARS Celebrates Koliada At La MaMa

On December 21, La MaMa will present Yara Arts Group in 'Winter Songs on Mars,' a world music theater event celebrating Koliada, a winter ritual of the Carpathian Mountains. There will be two performances: at 7:00 PM and a special show for schools and children at Noon in La MaMa's Ellen Stewart Theater, 66 East 4th Street. The program, directed by Virlana Tkacz, will include the traditional Hutsul koliada and an 18th century Ukrainian Nativity play, as well as winter songs from around our planet. The musical director of the show is bandurist Julian Kytasty. Performers will include actors of Yara Arts Group and members of Nova Opera from Kyiv.

Special Benefit Performance of FROZEN Tour Will Take Place at Hollywood Pantages Theatre in January

The Actors Fund announced that Disney's Frozen, the Tony Award®-nominated Best Musical, will hold a Special Performance of the North American Tour at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre (6233 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles) on Thursday, January 16, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. Proceeds from the performance will benefit the programs and services of The Actors Fund, the national human services organization that helps everyone in performing arts and entertainment.
