Some 150 choristers, resplendent in holiday finery, do Santa proud with a bundle of beloved seasonal works, and dazzling Twelve Days of Christmas 'Black-Light Puppet Spectacular.' A team of merry elves adds to the musical festivities, which kick off the choir's 2010-11 Season, its 32nd.

The Ailey Extension presents a two-day Hip Hop and House intensive workshop at The Ailey Studios celebrating the 21st anniversary of Motivated On Precision Toward Outstanding Performance (MOPTOP), the popular dance group formed in the early 1990s. Dancers from Elite Force & Dance Fusion - including Link, Marjory, Buddha Stretch, Caleaf, Tony McGregor, Sekou, Tweetie, Hiro, Bobby Mileage and Ejoe - will lead aspiring dancers in specialized classes on December 17 - 18, culminating in a performance showcase with workshop participants and a panel discussion with the artists on December 18th at 8pm.

Mariah Carey, Miranda Cosgrove, Annie Lennox, Maxwell and Matthew Morrison are scheduled to join host Ellen DeGeneres as TNT rings in the holidays with its annual presentation of CHRISTMAS IN WASHINGTON. This year's spectacular holiday presentation will premiere Friday, Dec. 17, at 8 p.m. (ET/PT).

As BroadwayWorld had speculated earlier this week, SPIDER-MAN's Natalie Mendoza has recovered from her concussion and returned to the show last night, December 15.

In a recent interview with The Advocate, Mariah Carey chats about rumors that a musical about her life might be heading to the Great White Way. Carey told the Advocate: 'It definitely wouldn't be about my life; start that rumor and they'll never lose it, so make sure people know it's not about my life. Right now we're working on finding a script. We've been in discussions with HBO for over three years now.'

BroadwayWorld has been hearing that SPIDER MAN's Natalie Mendoza, who has been out of the show since December 2 due to a concussion she received during the first preview, could be out of the show for as long as another week. A spokesperson for the production stated that Mendoza 'would be going back into the production very soon,' in response. Reportedly, Mendoza underwent medical testing this week.

From the Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles, ABC Television Network presents international superstar Mariah Carey in the music special, 'Mariah Carey: Merry Christmas to You,' MONDAY, DECEMBER 13 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET). The special will feature Mariah performing songs from her new holiday album, Merry Christmas II You, available Tuesday, November 2nd on the Island Def Jam Music Group.

TeenNick, Nickelodeon's 24-hour TV network exclusively for and about teens and tweens, will partner with mega-stars Mariah Carey, Ashton Kutcher, Rosario Dawson and Wyclef Jean to recognize four deserving teens who are philanthropic leaders in their communities in the second annual TeenNick HALO Awards. Conceived, hosted and executive produced by TeenNick Chairman Nick Cannon, the hour-long special that honors real-life teens who are 'Helping And Leading Others' (HALO) will premiere Friday, Dec. 10, at 8:00 p.m. (ET) on TeenNick, followed by an encore on Nick at Nite at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT). TeenNick partnered with the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) to provide the grants and scholarships awarded to each HALO honoree.

The lights have barely dimmed on Alliance Theater's production of Twist, Debbie Allen's New Orleans 1928 rendition of the Charles Dickens' classic, and the director/choreographer has already announced the Premier of The Hot Chocolate Nutcracker, her hilarious and culturally rich take on the perennial holiday classic.
