Elizabeth Arden, Inc., a global prestige beauty products company, today announced that Stephen J. Smith has resigned as the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in order to accept a position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:HAIN) based in Lake Success, New York. Mr. Smith will remain with the Company through September 1, 2013. The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.

Professional makeup artists Derek Miller and Priscilla Freire of Estee Lauder were on hand to make up 12 female students from the Fashion Design class, who then posed in fashion shoots shot by Photography students both in-studio and out of doors (the weather was sunny, so there were a lot of shoots in the woods on Usdan's 200-acre woodland campus).
