A conversation will follow exploring the legacy of Gibbons' work and spotlighting in the Golden Age of Hollywood socialites. A short tribute film will be shown depicting the range of Gibbons extraordinary work and his enduring contributions to design and Art Deco in cinema. Support For Women On Display At DCPA's 13th Annual Women With Hattitude Luncheon

Thirteen years ago, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) launched a first-of-its-kind initiative - an endowment fund to support the work of women in theatre. In the same year, the DCPA created its Women with Hattitude luncheon, the proceeds of which go directly into the endowment fund. Now on Thursday, May 3, more than 600 guests will gather from 11am to 1:30pm at the luncheon for one purpose - to give voice to women playwrights whose work only accounts for 20% of plays produced across America today.
