Keith Allen, Phil Davis, Paapa Essiedu, Rupert Graves, Gary Kemp, John Simm and Maggie Steed have joined the extraordinary company of Pinter at the Pinter, the unprecedented season featuring all twenty of Harold Pinter's one-act plays, running from September 2018 to February 2019, to mark the tenth anniversary of the Nobel Prize winner's death. The plays are directed by Jamie Lloyd, Patrick Marber, Ed Stambollouian, Lyndsey Turner and Lia Williams, with design by Soutra Gilmour, lighting design by Jon Clark and Richard Howell, and sound and music by George Dennis and Ben & Max Ringham. Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's 2017 season opens with the musical On The Town, directed and choreographed by Drew McOnie. With music by Leonard Bernstein and book and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, including the hit song "New York, New York", On The Town will be the biggest dance musical ever staged at the Open Air Theatre.

A new entertainment by Michael Wynne, The Star, will mark Liverpool Playhouse's 150th anniversary this Christmas in honour of its origins as a Music Hall venue. At the Everyman Associate Director Nick Bagnall's effervescent take on The Two Gentlemen of Verona sets the action in a colourful and musical 1960s. Desmond Barrit will appear alongside Maggie Steed as Mrs Malaprop in Sheridan's elegant comedy of manners The Rivals at the Playhouse.

Rose Theatre Kingston today announces cast for King John. Trevor Nunn returns to the Rose to direct Jamie Ballard as King John, Howard Charles as Philip the Bastard, Lisa Dillon as Constance and Maggie Steed as Queen Eleanor.

The Jamie Lloyd Company's first production of 2016 is the full-throttle UK premiere of a contemporary adaptation of Jean Genet's masterpiece, THE MAIDS - not seen in the West End for 20 years. Donmar Warehouse presents TRELAWNY OF THE WELLS by Arthur Wing Pinero, running from tonight, 15 February to 13 April 2013.

Patrick Marber is to continue his long-standing relationship with the Donmar Warehouse by making some most respectful additions and ornamentation to Arthur Wing Pinero's Comedietta, Trelawny of the Wells. The production will be directed by Joe Wright.
