The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and legendary Broadway star Betty Buckley, present two benefit concerts featuring her recent Song Interpretation Workshop participants. The concerts are set for June 19 & 20th at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth at 7:30pm.

Elton John, Stephen Daldry and Lee Hall last night (30 May 2012) joined a special Gala audience at the Victoria Palace Theatre to celebrate 3000 performances and seven years since the world premiere of the award-wining British hit, Billy Elliot the Musical. Producers Broadway Across America (John Gore, Thomas B. McGrath, Beth Williams), Rich Entertainment Group (Bob and Mindy Rich), Barbara Whitman, Latitude Link, Dede Harris, Sharon Karmazin, and Howard and Janet Kagan just announced that the La Jolla Playhouse production of the new American musical HANDS ON A HARDBODY will bow on Broadway in the 2012-2013 season.

HERO Theatre has just announced that William H. Macy, star of Showtime's Shameless and Academy Award-nominated for Fargo, will star in a benefit reading of Tennessee Williams' "Small Craft Warnings", directed by John Levey. The presentation will take place in Los Angeles, Summer 2012. This will mark HERO Theatre's west coast premiere.

Harrison, who joins the cast of Billy Elliot the Musical today, 14 May 2012, will alternate the role of Billy with Harris Beattie (13 year old from Aberdeen, Scotland), Kaine Ward (13 years old from Hertfordshire), Ryan Collinson (13 years old from Southport) and Adam Vesperman (13 years old from Seattle, Washington, USA) He will be the 65th boy to play the role worldwide, including Jamie Bell who played Billy Elliot in the award-winning film.

Tonight, May 12 at 8:00 PM, The Orpheum Theatre presents An Evening with Trace Adkins, the Grammy award winning, multi-platinum country music singer and songwriter. The Lied Center for Performing Arts at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln has been awarded a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts for support of its annual statewide education outreach program, Arts Across Nebraska.

Third Street Theatre, the West Hollywood 99-seat Equity Waiver theatre that brought LA the critically-acclaimed smash hit Falsettos, presents three limited engagement fundraising gala performances of The Last Five Years by Jason Robert Brown tonight, May 4th, tomorrow May 5th and Sunday, May 6th. Each night will bring audiences a fresh mix of Broadway, film and television talent with hosts Jane Lynch, William H. Macy and Felicity Huffman, and a cast that includes Tracie Thoms (Rent), Shoshana Bean (Wicked), Lindsay Pearce (The Glee Project) and Chase Williamson (Spring Awakening).
