The competition heated up this week on DANCING WITH THE STARS as the remaining six couples hit the ballroom with two rounds of competitive dance performances, a ballroom dance and the Trio dance. On last night's results show, two couples were eliminated.

On the show, Grammy Award winner Chris Brown tore up the ballroom with an incredible performance of his hit song “Turn up the Music." Also during Tuesday night’s show, Dmitry Chaplin and Anya Garnis performed a special routine from the “Dancing with the Stars Live in Las Vegas Show” to “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?” “Macy’s Stars of Dance” gave an “American Bandstand” tribute to the legendary Dick Clark. The performance was a huge dance number featuring pro dancers Karina Smirnoff, Tony Dovolani and the Troupe, choreographed by Jamal Sims and Wendy Johnson, and paid homage to “American Bandstand,” representing four decades of the popular music show, with many of the original “Bandstand” regulars in the audience.

By Tuesday evening’s end, two couples were eliminated, as determined by a combination of the judges’ scores and viewers’ votes on dances performed on Monday’s performance show. Ultimately, Roshon Fegan and his partner Chelsie Hightower and Melissa Gilbert and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy were eliminated from the competition, leaving the 4 remaining couples to move on to the semi-final round. The remaining couples are:

Donald Driver and partner Peta Murgatroyd
Katherine Jenkins and partner Mark Ballas
WILLIAM LEVY and partner Cheryl Burke
Maria Menounos and partner Derek Hough

Hosted by Tom Bergeron (“America’s Funniest Home Videos”) and Brooke Burke-Charvet (“Dancing with the Stars” Season Seven Champion), the celebrities perform choreographed dance routines which will be judged by renowned Ballroom judge Len Goodman and dancer/choreographers Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba. Viewers may cast their votes for their favorite teams via phone on Monday night during and up to 60 minutes after the “Dancing with the Stars” performance shows. AT&T customers may also vote by texting the word “VOTE” and entering the number that corresponds to the team they want to support (message and data rates may apply).
