Theatre Out, Orange County's gay and lesbian theatre company, is pleased to partner with Orange County's All Puppet Players to present the Tony Award-Winning musical AVENUE Q beginning January 13, 2012. Running through February 25, this imagintive musical combines humans and puppets in a completely adult send-up of childhood favorites such as The Muppets and Sesame Street.
Avenue Q is on stage January 13 - February 4 at Unity (1490 Southwood Drive in San Luis Obispo).
Horizon Theatre's award-winning production of Avenue Q, returns January 13 -February 26, 2012 after a sold-out run this summer. "It's an explosion of upbeat energy, music, and puppets for grown-ups," says Co-Artistic/Producing Director Lisa Adler.
Avenue Q is sure to offend and delight. Rated 'WTF' for colorful language and full puppet nudity.
The Phoenix Theatre of Indianapolis announces Avenue Q will return to the Phoenix Mainstage in the 2011-2012 previously TBA spot. Avenue Q, with music and lyrics by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx and original story by Jeff Whitty, opened off-Broadway at the Vineyard Theatre in March 2003, where it gained rave reviews, and was extended four times.
