TV host and fashion stylist Louise Roe is known for her sartorial choices on and off the red carpet. The 2013 amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala red carpet was no exception for Roe who made quite the statement when she arrived on wearing a stunning gown from Randa Salamoun. I am not suprised she commanded the attention of the cameras in the sleeveless sheath with a bold printed pattern. I also love the color combination of red and purple. It's unexpected and very regal.

Her winning capsule collections will be carried online at Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Express and in 50 Macy's locations and 15 Express locations nationwide.

British fashionista and host of NBC's Fashion Star, Louise Roe, has designed another collection for the Stylist Pick. This latest collection is set to be one of her best and was inpsired by other major fashionistas like like Bianca Jagger and Miranda Kerr.

In the eighth episode of NBC's competition show "Fashion Star" (from Friday, April 26, 8 - 9 p.m. ET), the remaining six contestants were presented with a challenge to create a design and alter it to complement both a man and a woman. Designers Silvia Arguello, Cassandra Hobbins, Daniel Silverstein and JesseRay Vasquez and Garrett Gerson all won purchases from the retailers. Designer Hunter Bell was not purchased this week.

In the seventh episode of NBC's reality competition show 'Fashion Star' (from Friday, April 19, 8 - 9 p.m. ET), the contestants were paired once again and challenged to come up with designs that were reminiscent of a 'night out on the town.' In an added twist, the designers were asked to draw inspiration from the beautiful 2013 Fiats that were in the studio that week and then they directed their own photo shoot, along with famed photographer Timothy White.

In the sixth episode of NBC's reality competition show 'Fashion Star' from Friday, April 12 (8 - 9 p.m. ET), the contestants worked with the buyers to get a better understanding of what they would like to see from them. Some designers thrived from the input, while others chose to go their own path. Four designs were purchased by the retailers for a total of $540,000.

All seven designers were purchased by the retailers with a total commitment of $775,000 -- however in a competitive twist, only the pair with the highest total sales was given immunity and everyone else was up for elimination.

STYLE announces APRIL 2013 PROGRAMMING HIGHLIGHTS!

NBC premiered the second season of its reality competition show FASHION STAR last Friday (March 8). Seven designs were purchased with a total of $855,000 pledged by the retailers.

Saks Fifth Avenue will return to NBC's Fashion Star for second season, and style icon Terron Schaefer will once again represent Saks on the show. Fashion Starreturns to NBC tonight at 8 p.m./7c.
