Lifeline Theatre inaugurates its 28th anniversary MainStage season of 'Big Stories, Up Close' with the world premiere adaptation of Emily Brontë's 'Wuthering Heights,' adapted by Lifeline ensemble member Christina Calvit, directed by Lifeline ensemble member Elise Kauzlaric.
The official launch of the 89th Hollywood Bowl season, the Hollywood Bowl Hall of Fame and Opening Night Concert, brought stars and talent to the iconic venue, Friday, June 18, at 8:30 p.m. This year's inductees - pop culture icon Donna Summer, the legendary Carpenters (accepted by Richard Carpenter) and world-renowned pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet - as well as presenters multiple Grammy-winning musician, composer and producer Herb Alpert, acclaimed music producer David Foster, film and television actress Victoria Tennant, and producer, choreographer and television personality Nigel Lythgoe - made for a memorable evening.

was written, and who is making his New York Philharmonic debut.

After wowing international audiences as part of its recent Tour of Asia, The Philadelphia Orchestra returned home to reaffirm its commitment to Philadelphia with the announcement of the 2010 Free Neighborhood Concert Series. Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Symphony Space will present the 29th annual Bloomsday on Broadway, a reading from James Joyce's classic novel Ulysses, on Wednesday, June 16 starting at 7:00 p.m. This year's event, devoted to tracing the parallels between Ulysses and Homer's Odyssey, on which the novel is modeled, features readings from a selection of passages from both works.
