The Marlowe Theatre WRITERS' ROOM FESTIVAL Returns This July

The Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury, has announced Writers' Room Festival – a 6-day festival of new writing celebrating talent from Kent and beyond with a programme of plays, rehearsed readings, writing workshops, talks and panel discussions.

Full Casting Announced For EARLY DOORS LIVE UK Tour

Final casting has been announced for Early Doors Live, which will begin its sold out three week run in Salford on 29 August. Joining writers Craig Cash (Joe) and Phil Mealey (Duffy) on stage for the first ever time is John Henshaw (Ken), Susan Cookson (Tanya), Joan Kempson (Winnie), Lisa Millett (Debbie), James Quinn (Phil), Peter Wight (Nige), Judith Barker (Jean), Vicky Binns (June), Nick Birkinshaw (Tommy), Neil Hurst (Freddie) and Laura Woodward (Mel).

Cast Complete for PEOPLE, PLACES & THINGS, Starring Denise Gough at St. Ann's Warehouse

St. Ann's Warehouse continues its rich history of partnering with the UK's foremost theaters and theater makers, presenting the American Premiere of the National Theatre/Headlong production of Duncan Macmillan's People, Places & Things. Directed by Jeremy Herrin, the production was one of last season's must-see shows in the West End, following a hugely successful run at the National. Casting is now complete for the American Premiere at St. Ann's.

Photo Flash: PEOPLE, PLACES & THINGS Opens In The West End

Transferring to the West End after a sell-out National Theatre run, Duncan Macmillan's PEOPLE, PLACES & THINGS opened last night at Wyndham's Theatre. Directed by Jeremy Herrin, the show is a collaboration between the National and Headlong. It's recently extended its run and is now booking to June 18.
