Osnes took the time to chat with BroadwayWorld earlier this week about prepping for the project, as well as what she's been up to since leaving the cast of CINDERELLA on Broadway. Check out the full interview below!

On Monday, October 20th, the Theater People Podcast welcomes three time Tony nominee Celia Keenan-Bolger. Topics discussed include her Broadway debut in the popular 2005 musical THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE, her critically acclaimed turns in the Broadway productions of PETER AND THE STAR CATCHER and last year's THE GLASS MENAGERIE. Hennepin Theatre Trust today announced that a record number of 77 schools will participate in the 2014-2015 SpotLight Musical Theatre Program, including 13 new schools and 17 from greater Minnesota. Now celebrating its Tenth Anniversary, SpotLight is the Trust's premier education initiative which supports and honors Minnesota high school musical theatre students and programs that produce annual musicals. (Roger Rees, previously announced in the role, is no longer available.) The Band Wagon cast stars Tony Award winner Brian Stokes Mitchell, seven-time Emmy Award winner Tracey Ullman, Academy Award nominee Michael McKean, Tony Award nominee Laura Osnes, Tony Award nominee Michael Berresse and Don Stephenson. The Band Wagon will open on Sunday, November 8.
