After a year of sold-out shows from NYC to London, musical theater fanatic, cruise ship performer and celebrity stalker Lance is back in NYC with six special farewell shows featuring local celebrities. The Bijou Theatre in Bijou Square, Bridgeport, presents the musical "Fame," based on the 1980 film.  "Fame" is part of The Bijou's Summer Stock Series for students 14-22 years old, which debuted last year with "In the Heights."

His new production of Handel's ACIS AND GALATEA, one of the most beloved English language operas, has its world premiere next week at Cal Performances, Berkeley (April 25 - 27), before traveling to Celebrity Series of Boston (May 15-18) for its East Coast premiere.

The ultimate uncharted territory is explored in HereAfterHere: A Self-Guided Tour of Eternity, a work that explores what - if anything - happens after we die. Acclaimed director, choreographer, and performer Tandy Beal created this thought-provoking work, collaborating with composer Jon Scoville to interview over 500 people of all ages, races, and religions, whose different descriptions of the hereafter are brought to life, as it were, in a stunning presentation that blends music, dance, film, magic, and humor. HereAfterHere, presented by Santa Clara University's SCU Presents, Arts for Social Justice, and the Department of Theatre & Dance, as part of its Visiting Artist Series, plays at Santa Clara University's Louis B. Three world premieres by Maurice Causey, Charles Moulton and Artistic Director Charles Anderson headline the spring program of Company C Contemporary Ballet April 25-May 11 at ODC Theater in San Francisco and the Lesher Theater in Walnut Creek. Company C Contemporary Ballet founder and Artistic Director Charles Anderson has announced details of the Company's 2014 season of two programs plus a benefit gala in San Francisco and Walnut Creek with performances January 30 through May 11, 2014, at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and ODC Theater in San Francisco and the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek. The 12th season will feature a wide range of the kinds of ballets that have set the barre high for this 14-member Bay Area Company, which will return to New York for its third season there at the Joyce Theater August 9 and 10. Theatricality, precision technique, bravura performance, wit and a flair for the off-beat and innovative will be embodied in world premieres by Anderson, Susan Jaffe, Maurice Causey and Charles Moulton, as well as in the return of repertory favorites by Anderson, Patrick Corbin, Alexandre Proia, Charles Moulton and Yuri Zhukov.
