Bijou Theatre to Stage FAME as Part of the Summer Stock Series

The Bijou Theatre in Bijou Square, Bridgeport, presents the musical "Fame," based on the 1980 film. "Fame" is part of The Bijou's Summer Stock Series for students 14-22 years old, which debuted last year with "In the Heights." Performances are July 17th, 18th, 24th, and 25th at 7pm, and July 25th and 26th at 3pm, and take place at The Bijou Theatre, located at 275 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport. "Fame" is directed by Maggie Pangrazio, with Musical Direction by Bill D'Andrea and Choreography by Caitlin Ann Roberts. Tickets are $19 for theatre seating and $24 for table seating. The Bijou Performing Arts Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing visual and performing arts programs and events for the community.
