NBC and Don Mischer Productions previously announced the presenters for the 'American Comedy Awards,' airing tonight, May 8 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT) on NBC.

Walt Disney Records will release the original motion picture soundtrack for Disney's 'Million Dollar Arm' digitally on May 13 th and physically on May 19 th. The film will be released in the U.S. on May 16 th, 2014. Featuring music composed and performed by two-time Academy Award-winning composer A. R. Rahman, the soundtrack includes collaborations with Australian hip-hop artist Iggy Azalea, Grammy-nominated rapper Wale and Scottish singer-songwriter KT Tunstall. Described by Variety as a 'jubilant wall-to-wall song score,' Rahman has created a powerful and driving sound that blends classic Indian styles and instruments with rap, rock and electronica delivering a celebratory soundscape to America's favorite sport.

The 'American Comedy Awards' will honor those who have achieved new heights during the past year in both film and television and pay tribute to some of comedy's most enduring personalities.

Walt Disney Pictures has done it again. Based on a true story, 'Million Dollar Arm' is the studio's latest inspiring sports drama to win the Truly Moving Picture Award.

The 13th annual Tribeca Film Festival, co-founded by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal and Craig Hatkoff, and presented by AT&T, announced the winners of its competition categories tonight at a ceremony presided over by Pat Kiernan and hosted at the Conrad New York in New York City. The Festival runs through April 27, 2014.

Film Independent, the nonprofit arts organization that produces the Spirit Awards and the Los Angeles Film Festival, handed out top honors to 12 Years a Slave, Dallas Buyers Club and Nebraska at this afternoon's 29th Film Independent Spirit Awards. Blue Jasmine, Fruitvale Station, Blue is the Warmest Color, Short Term 12, This is Martin Bonner and 20 Feet From Stardom also received awards at the ceremony, which is held in a tent on the beach in Santa Monica.
