The Consulate General of Saint Lucia in New York announced the premiere of 'ASCENSION...I am not my Mother,' an independent film written and produced by Saint Lucian Demedrius Charles. Part of a month-long celebration commemorating Saint Lucia's 36th anniversary of independence, the premiere is scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 6:00PM at the Taipei Economic and Culture Center, located at 1 E 42nd Street, Manhattan, New York.
