Drury Lane Theatre for Young Audiences presents Seussical, an unforgettable musical caper from Tony-winners Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (Once on This Island, Ragtime) featuring the beloved characters of Dr. Seuss. This production is directed by Scott Calcagno with choreography by Ericka Mac and music direction by Ellen Morris. Seussical runs April 18 - June 9, 2018, at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace.

Mercury Theater Chicago, 3745 N. Southport Avenue - is pleased to announce the opening of VENUS CABARET THEATER with a uniquely intimate production of Stephen Sondheim's COMPANY, running from April 5th through June 3rd. Press opening is the weekend of April 13th-15th. Named for the planet next to Mercury, Venus Cabaret is a versatile new performance space offering food and drinks to complement each production.

Akvavit Theatre is pleased to present A LITTLE NIGHT OF NORDIC MUSIC, a benefit concert featuring highlights from the musical Chess and other song selections, with special guest Gregory Treco, who currently stars as Aaron Burr in the Chicago cast of the smash hit musical Hamilton.

Blank Theatre Company announces a casting change to their concert production of Songs for a New World. Blank welcomes Katherine Bourne to the cast. Kyrie Courter has left the concert due to scheduling conflicts. Ms. Bourne and Ms. Courter are both currently appearing in Marie Christine at Boho Theatre.
