Dadigan, hosted an eclectic list of current/former child stars (some reuniting with other cast members for the first time in years) and other VIP guests for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres as they preview the 'Child Stars - Then And Now' exhibit, which will be open to the public through December.

The Hollywood Museum has teamed up with over 50 former child stars to offer the public, for the first time, two exciting and rare experiences.  The 'Child Stars - Then and Now' exhibit will open to the public on Thurs, August 19th.  Additionally, a two day exclusive child star themed autograph show on Sat, August 20th & Sun, August 21st, that involves what may be the largest collection of child stars ever in one place, for a good cause - A Minor Consideration.

A brand new production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's classic THE SOUND OF MUSIC launched its national tour at the Center Theatre Group / Ahmanson Theatre last night, September 30 at 8 p.m. Directed by three-time Tony Award winner Jack O'Brien, the production closes in Los Angeles on October 31, 2015, and will then tour North America for multiple seasons, playing multi-week and week-long engagements. On March 2nd 1965, RCA released the soundtrack to 20th Century Fox's THE SOUND OF MUSIC, which made its debut on the Billboard album chart just eighteen days later, eventually reaching the No. 1 spot on Nov. 13, 1965.

Opposite NBC's Sunday Night Football (San Francisco-Seattle) and Fox's big NFL primetime overrun into the first hour of the night, ABC's 4-hour rebroadcast of THE SOUND OF MUSIC delivered solid increases over last year's telecast, up by 1.5 million viewers and by 22% in Adults 18-49.

Last night, April 24, Carnegie Hall presented its gala benefit performance of The Sound of Music in the Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage. The cast was led by Laura Osnes (Maria Rainer), Tony Goldwyn (Captain von Trapp), Brooke Shields (Elsa Schraeder), Patrick Page (Max Detweiler), Stephanie Blythe (The Mother Abbess), Mary Michael Patterson (Liesl von Trapp), Nick Spangler (Rolf Gruber), Cotter Smith (Herr Zeller), and Reed Birney (Admiral von Schreiber). They were joined by and Joel Hatch (Franz, The Butler), Joy Hermalyn (Sister Berthe), Linda Mugleston (Sister Margaretta), Faith Sherman (Sister Sophia), and Veanne Cox (Frau Schmidt). Carnegie Hall will present The Sound of Music tonight, April 24 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage. A gala benefit for Carnegie Hall, this one-night-only concert performance of the beloved musical with a timeless score by Rodgers & Hammerstein will provide support for the music education programs of Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute.
