The OBIE-winning HERE Arts Center's annual CULTUREMART festival will close January 31.

HERE Arts Center proudly brings to life SOUNDING, a new seven-character play driven by original text and lyrics, along with cinematic video and a unique soundscape influenced by the music of Patti Smith, Bartok and Portishead. Written by Jennifer Gibbs and directed by Kristin Marting, this production runs Wednesday, February 17- Saturday, March 13 at HERE Arts Center. Official Opening Night is set for Saturday, February 20 at 8:30 PM.

HERE Arts Center continues its exciting 2009-2010 season with Aunt Leaf, the first residentartist production in StartHERE: Innovative Theater for Young People, a series dedicated tohighly imaginative multi-disciplinary performances aimed at children and families.

Hamingson) announced complete casting for NEIGHBORS, written by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins and directed by Niegel Smith, the second show of the 2009-2010 Public LAB season. NEIGHBORS begins performances on Tuesday, February 16 and runs through Sunday, March 7. Tickets go on-sale on Wednesday, January 20.
