The Factory Theater Welcoms New Ensemble Members

The Factory Theater is proud to announce five new members of its artistic ensemble: Brittney Brown, Jose M. Cervantes, Ashley Yates, Michael Jones and Jennifer Betancourt.  Factory's ensemble members write all of the Factory's original plays and have full voting rights in the company, including season selection, leadership election and accepting new ensemble members. They are also forced to do arduous chores like helping with strike and manning the box office.

Due to popular demand, Broken Nose Theatre's hit drama GIRL IN THE RED CORNER will add one additional week of performances, extending through Today, March 9, 2019 at BNT's resident home, The Den Theatre (2A), 1331 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. The Midwest premiere is written by Stephen Spotswood and directed by Elizabeth Laidlaw. Tickets for all performances are currently available at www.brokennosetheatre.com. Tickets for all Broken Nose Theatre productions are available on a "pay-what-you-can" basis, allowing patrons to set their own price and ensuring theatre remains economically accessible for all audiences.

Milwaukee Ave. WildClaw, Chicago's only horror theater, continues their 2017 season with a disturbing new work by Chicago playwright Jennifer Rumberger. After staying away for 17 years, Violet returns home to a back-woods part of Florida to face the mother and sister she left behind, and the disturbing secrets they share and also some necromancy and an eyeless demon creature.
