Black Button Eyes Productions presents the Midwest Premiere of "Coraline," a musical by Stephin Merritt and David Greenspan, adapted from the novel by Neil Gaiman, at City Lit Theater in Chicago, at 1020 W Bryn Mawn Ave, August 8 - Sept 6. According to Deadline, ABC has pulled the plug on the comedy vehicle for up-and-comer Rebel Wilson, along with SUBURGATORY. The network previously announced it would not be renewing the critically acclaimed TROPHY WIFE, THE NEIGHBORDS, or MIXOLOGY.

Deadline writes that DOCTOR WHO's Karen Gillan will star in ABC's upcoming comedy pilot SELFIE, directed by Anne Robinson.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Armisen is set to guest star on ABC's Rebel Wilson-led freshman comedy, taking on the role of 'Brian Headfoot, the exasperated head of HR at the law firm where Wilson's Kimmie works. In the episode, his character is called in to broker a truce between feuding Kimmie and Kendall (Kate Jenkinson).'

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Doctor Who's Karen Gillan has joined the cast of Marvel Studios' GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY as the film's lead female villain.
