Good morning, BroadwayWorld! Because we know all our readers eat, sleep and breathe Broadway, what could be better than waking up to it? Today's big news: It's a night for movie adaptations! FINDING NEVERLAND begins in Boston, and SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE opens in the West End, with A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE, starring Gillian Anderson, also launching tonight across the pond!

TODAY'S TOP ITEMS:

NEWS YOU MISSED YESTERDAY:

Broadway Weather Forecast: Humid with a high of 89 degrees and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Pack an umbrella for the show!

Quote of the Day: A word on sacrifice from the author of PETER PAN and the star character of FINDING NEVERLAND...

Dreams do come true, if only we wish hard enough. You can have anything in life if you will sacrifice everything else for it.
-- J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan (via Goodreads)

Video of the Day: A climactic clip from the film 1998 Academy Award-winning film SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE, starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Joseph Fiennes.

And finally, a Happy Birthday shout-out to Daniel Radcliffe, who turns 26 today!

Radcliffe just finished his run in The Cripple of Inishmaan on Broadway. He also appeared in 2011's How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and made his Broadway debut in 2008's Equus opposite the late, great Richard Griffiths. He was nominated for a Drama Desk Award for all three roles. Since leading the Harry Potter films, Radcliffe has gone on to star in The Woman in Black, Kill Your Darlings, Horns, What If, and will next be seen on the big screen in Frankenstein, Trainwreck and Brooklyn Bridge.
