Mondays Dark Theatre Company ('Mondays Dark') today announced that the new play If You Start a Fire [Be Prepared to Burn] will open its 2012 season in New York City. The play will run from April 25 - May 20 at the Gene Frankel Theatre, located at 24 Bond Street, in Manhattan.

The original Broadway cast recording of Frank Wildhorn's BONNIE AND CLYDE is set for release on April 24, 2012 and is currently accepting pre-orders.

BONNIE & CLYDE will record the official cast album on January 2, 2012. The album producers are Frank Wildhorn, John McDaniel and David Lai. It will be Executive Produced by Van Dean, along with Corey Brunish, Howard Kagan and Terry Schnuck.

At the wind-up of International CringeFest '10 on August 8 at the Producers' Club, the FRUIT CUP AWARDS were bestowed upon a cocktail of wildly diverse plays, musicals & films -- 36 in all that formed six rotating theme nights.

On Sunday, August 8, after the 4 p.m. show, 'No Holes Barred,' the Golden Pineapple, Silver Tomato, Bronze Banana, and Jack Lemons will be bestowed upon the chosen few (by audience vote) of talented writers, directors, and actors. Then, there's a party-till-you-drop in the lounge with splendiferous food, donated by some of NYC's best gourmet restaurants and markets.
