THE SOURCE to Launch Route 66 Theatre Company's 9th Season; Lineup Announced!

Route 66 Theatre Company has announced its 9th season, featuring two plays at its new resident home, The Den Theatre, 1333 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. The 2017 season kicks off early spring with the world premiere of Gabe McKinley's psychological drama THE SOURCE, directed by Jason Gerace.

About Face Theatre's 20th Anniversary Season to Feature Chicago Premieres & More

About Face Theatre is pleased to announce its 20th Anniversary Season, featuring three productions new to the Chicago stage, plus a series of staged readings celebrating its two extraordinary decades in Chicago. The 2015-16 Season kicks-off with the world premiere romantic comedy LE SWITCH by Artistic Associate Philip Dawkins, directed by Stephen Brackett, presented by special arrangement with Doug Nevin. The season continues with the Chicago premiere drama after all the terrible things i do by A. Rey Pamatmat, directed by Artistic Director Andrew Volkoff. The mainstage season concludes next spring with the Chicago premiere of the dark comedy THE SECRETARIES by The Five Lesbian Brothers, directed by Bonnie Metzgar. About Face is pleased to announce all three productions will be presented at its new resident theatre, Theater Wit, 1229 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago.

The Other Theatre Company and Artistic Director Carin Silkaitis have announced the company's second production in its inaugural season, Bent, written by Martin Sherman and directed by Keira Fromm, at Strawdog Theatre, 3829 N. Broadway, tonight, June 27 - July 26.

The Other Theatre Company and Artistic Director Carin Silkaitis have announced the company's second production in its inaugural season, Bent, written by Martin Sherman and directed by Keira Fromm, at Strawdog Theatre, 3829 N. Broadway, June 27 - July 26. Preview performances are June 27 at 4 and 8 p.m. Opening/Press night is Wednesday, July 1 at 8 p.m. The regular performance schedule is Thursdays and Fridays at 8 p.m. (no show Thursday, July 9) Saturdays at 4 and 8 p.m. and Sundays at 4 p.m. Preview tickets are $20 with the regular run tickets $25 and may be purchased at www.buzzonstage.com/theatres/other-theatre-company.
