Katherin Heigl will soon return to television in NBC's new drama, STATE OF AFFAIRS - in anticipation of the show's premiere on Nov. 17, Heigl held a Facebook Q&A with fans, according to The Huffington Post, and opened up about some of the long-running rumors about her attitude.
