From October 23rd through November 16th, just in time for election season, America's beloved cowboy humorist is brought to vivid life in WILL ROGERS' AMERICA, a 90-minute one-man-show of homespun wit, the working man's voice and small-town common sense-complete with vintage film clips and live rope tricks! Adapted and performed by veteran actor Rich Hoag, this production will be directed by Hoag's long-time friend and Rubicon Artistic Director James O'Neil.

Rubicon International Theatre Festival will kick off their preview season with an opening ceremony hosted by Ed Begley Jr.

The Festival of New American Musicals, a two-month musical theatre festival, will be held in May and June, 2008, throughout Southern California. Marcia Seligson and Bob Klein are the Executive Producers of the Festival.

Rubicon Theatre Company Founders Karyl Lynn Burns and James O'Neil have just announced plans for the company's 10th Anniversary Season, at a press conference at Rubicon's home in Ventura.

The story is perhaps better known among the modern generation of playgoers than any other biographical production in theatrical repertory. It could thus be imagined that any such show is doomed to come off as stale or tired, yet it is the very fact that the multi-generational awareness of The Diary of Anne Frank is so abundant that the latest incarnation at the Rubicon Theatre in Ventura works so well....

Rubicon Theatre Company's 10th Anniversary Season has been cloaked in secrecy, with the company planning a private preview event in May to announce next year's offerings. However, earlier this week company officials named two of the productions, which will be a part of the just-announced Southern California Festival of New American Musicals.

The newly founded Invictus Theatre Company (Co-Artistic Directors John Stanisci, Thomas Ryan and Laurie Ann Bulman) is proud to present, as its inaugural Off-Broadway production, the New York premiere of Dan Gordon's gripping legal drama MURDER IN THE FIRST.
