The Martin E. Segal Theatre Center at The Graduate Center, CUNY is pleased to announce the full lineup of its twelfth annual PRELUDE Festival on October 7, 8, 9.  Dedicated to artists at the forefront of contemporary New York City theatre and performance, PRELUDE 2015 features an array of artists working in theatrical and interdisciplinary performance. The festival gives audiences and artists a survey of the current New York moment via in-process presentations, installations, and discussions -- all completely free to the public.

Starting off its 10th anniversary Fall 2015 season, Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC) presents the New York Premiere of Joanna Kotze's FIND YOURSELF HERE, this week, September 17-19 at 7:30PM in the Howard Gilman Performance Space. FIND YOURSELF HERE is a work performed by a sextet of dancers and visual artists who use movement to explore the complexities and possibilities of multi-disciplinary performance.

The Joyce Theater, under the executive direction of Linda Shelton, announces the second installment of Joyce UNLEASHED, a collection of cutting-edge performances presented outside its historic Chelsea home, taking place this March at New York Live Arts (219 West 19th Street, between Seventh and Eighth Avenues). On March 17, choreographers Netta Yerushalmy and Hillel Kogan will each present acclaimed works, and on March 20 and 21, the program will be an award-winning piece by Yossi Berg and Oded Graf. Target Margin Theater will dedicate its 24th season to the exploration of works created by the great American novelist, poet and playwright, Gertrude Stein. The 2015 Season begins in January 2015 with The TMT Stein Winter Lab at The Bushwick Starr in Brooklyn, and concludes in May 2015 with the world premiere of Composition…Master-Pieces…Identity, a new performance piece from Obie Award-winner David Greenspan, and The TMT Stein Spring Lab, that will run in tandem at The Connelly Theater at the Cornelia Connelly Center in Manhattan.

David Neumann Premieres New Solo Works at MASS MoCA's Hunter Center Tonight

Interdisciplinary choreographer David Neumann will present an evening of solos tonight, April 26 at 8pm at MASS MoCA's Hunter Center for the Performing Arts. A co-presentation by Jacob's Pillow Dance and MASS MoCA, the retrospective evening spans Neumann's career from his first choreographic endeavor, DOSE, to his current work-in-progress, I Understand Everything Better. The program, also including tough the tough (redux) (2008) and You Are In Control (2009), captures Neumann's exploration of lines between theatre and dance, audience and performer, movement and voice, mundane and theatrical.

The Bushwick Starr will present a collaboration between stage and film director Daniel Fish and dance and theater artist Andrew Dinwiddie. Using nearly seven weeks of residency time at the Bushwick Starr, and in collaboration with actor T.
