Making its Off-Broadway debut, Jason Odell Williams' new romantic comedy, Handle With Care, begins previews tonight - Tuesday, December 3 - at the Westside Theatre Downstairs (407 W. 43rdStreet). The play opens on Sunday, December 15th and is an open-ended engagement. Featuring Tony Award Nominee and Broadway Legend Carol Lawrence heading an ensemble cast of four, Handle With Careis being directed by Karen Carpenter. Handle With Care is the new romantic comedy by Emmy Award Nominee Jason Odell Williams, directed by Karen Carpenter (Love, Loss and What I Wore). Douglas Evans, producer of the invitation-only industry reading scheduled for November 18th and 19th of the new musical drama Walllenberg, announced today that Matt Bogart (Jersey Boys) will perform the role of Raoul Wallenberg and lead a cast of Broadway performers including Sierra Boggess (Little Mermaid, Les Miserables tour and West End production of Love Never Dies) and Tony Award-winner Dick Latessa (Hairspray).

59E59 Theaters welcomes Douglas Denoff, The Culture Project and WBTW Productions, LLC with the New York premiere of WITNESSED BY THE WORLD, written by Ronnie Cohen and Jane Beale and directed by Karen Carpenter. Musical Theatre West's (MTW) production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's international hit musical Sunset Boulevard opened last Friday, July 12, exactly 20 years to the day after the show's world premiere.
