Sofia Coppola will no longer be bringing THE LITTLE MERMAID to life on the big screen.

For the first time since 1983 with LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, an Off-Broadway musical, HAMILTON, has won the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Musical! It's almost here! The 2015 Tony Awards will air on CBS Sunday night, June 7 at 8pm and, as usual, BroadwayWorld.com will be your one-stop shop for all things Tonys on Tony Day, Night and Beyond!

The 81st Annual Drama League Awards Ceremony and Luncheon was held at the Marriott Marquis Times Square in the Broadway Ballroom (1535 Broadway) on Friday, May 15, 2015 where our winners were announced. The ceremony was hosted by Hand To God star, Steven Boyer and Tyrone. Awards were presented by Zachary Quinto and Neil Patrick Harris. BroadwayWorld was on the scene to snap pics of those in attendance, so check out the ladies below!

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Manhattan Theatre Club's presentation of Steppenwolf Theatre Company's AIRLINE HIGHWAY will be closing early on June 7. The play received four 2015 Tony Award nominations.
