Southbank Centre's Imagine Children's Festival returns from 9 - 19 February 2017, taking over the Royal Festival Hall during half term with a packed programme of events including dance, music, theatre and installations, alongside readings and workshops with some of the top children's authors from the UK and Nordic region.

Beginning this month, a host of stars from the world of entertainment will light up the stages in twenty four towns and cities around the UK for this year's Qdos Entertainment pantomime season. Natasha J Barnes who will play the title role of Cinderella, Suzie Chard and Wendy Sommerville who will play The Wicked Stepsisters complete the casting for the London Palladium Pantomime this Christmas. They join the previously announced Paul O'Grady (The Wicked Stepmother), Julian Clary (Dandini), Amanda Holden (The Fairy Godmother), Lee Mead (Prince Charming), Paul Zerdin (Buttons), Nigel Havers (Lord Chamberlain) and Count Arthur Strong (Baron Hardup).

Amanda Holden will play The Fairy Godmother in Qdos Entertainment's London Palladiumproduction of Cinderella. Cinderella will run at the London Palladium for five weeks only over the Festive season from Friday 9 December 2016 to Sunday 15 January 2017, with press night on Wednesday 14 December 2016.

BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT judge Amanda Holden has a busy theatre schedule this year. After touring with STEPPING OUT this autumn, the Daily Mail reports she will fly into the London Palladium production of CINDERELLA as the Fairy Godmother, for a five-week run from December 9.

Initial casting is announced today (26 May 2016) for Qdos Entertainment's London Palladium production of Cinderella.  The 32 strong cast will be led byPaul O'Grady as The Wicked Stepmother, Julian Clary as Dandini, Lee Mead as Prince Charming, Paul Zerdin as Buttons, Nigel Havers as Lord Chamberlain and Count Arthur Strong as Baron Hardup.  The roles of Cinderella, the Fairy Godmother and the Ugly Sisters will be announced soon.
