AT&T Performing Arts Center Adds Shows For ALI WONG: THE MILK & MONEY TOUR

The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center and Live Nation announced today that due to popular demand, a second show for Ali Wong: The Milk & Money Tour has been added and both shows will go on sale Friday, December 21 at 10 a.m. Comedian, writer and actress Ali Wong will take the stage at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2019 and 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2019 at the Winspear Opera House in the downtown Dallas Arts District.

(Dallas) Press Welcomes Preview of Australia's STRANGE FRUIT

(Dallas) Press is welcome for a preview of Australia's Strange Fruit at 8:00 p.m. in Sammons Park on the AT&T Performing Arts Center campus. The group will perform for the public twice tomorrow evening at the free Changing Perspectives Block Party, produced by the Dallas Arts District.

DTC Presents The World Premiere Of THE TRIALS OF SAM HOUSTON

2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award Recipient Dallas Theater Center (DTC) presents the world premiere of The Trials of Sam Houston by Aaron Loeb at the Kalita Humphreys Theater. Directed by DTC Enloe/Rose Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty, The Trials of Sam Houston begins on April 20 and runs through May 13.

Moody Performance Hall Signage Illuminated In Dallas Arts District

Moody Performance Hall's LED neon-esque sign was officially illuminated for the first time Monday night in a ceremony outside the building on Flora Street in the Dallas Arts District. The event featured remarks from Mayor Mike Rawlings and Matrice Ellis-Kirk, chair of the AT&T Performing Arts Center board, and Francie Moody-Dahlberg, chair and executive director of the Moody Foundation.

DTC presents THE GREAT SOCIETY, Co-Produced with Houston's Alley Theatre

2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award Recipient Dallas Theater Center (DTC) presents The Great Society at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre. A co-production with the Alley Theatre and directed by DTC Enloe/Rose Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty, The Great Society begins on March 9 and runs through April 1. Toots & the Maytals Come to AT&T Performing Arts Center

The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center announced today that tickets for Toots & The Maytals will go on sale Friday, February 23 at 10 a.m.   Toots Hibbert is one of the great voices of Jamaica and The Maytals built their reputation with energetic straight-from-church style of singing and their "spiritual" ska beat. Toots & The Maytals will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Strauss Square in the downtown Dallas Arts District.

2017 Regional Theatre Tony Award recipient Dallas Theater Center (DTC) announces titles for the 2018-2019 season, including the heartwarming, southern comedy Steel Magnolias; the critically-acclaimed Broadway play and winner of the 2017 Pulitzer Prize, Sweat; William Shakespeare's delightful comedy, Twelfth Night; the acclaimed comedy, then film, Real Women Have Curves; a world premiere play set in Dallas, Penny Candy; a new play fresh off the New York theater season, The Wolves, and a fascinating play about the relationship between Muhammad Ali and Stepin Fetchit, Fetch Clay, Make Man. Lightwire Theater To Perform In Neiman Marcus Windows

The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center today announced that Lightwire Theater will perform in the windows of the downtown Dallas Neiman Marcus, Thursdays and Fridays through December 22 with additional performances on Wednesday, December 13 and Wednesday, December 20. The decorated windows of Neiman Marcus' flagship location is a Dallas holiday tradition. The full show of Lightwire Theater's A Very Electric Christmas - Max's Holiday Adventure will appear in the Winspear Opera House January 1, 2018.
