American Craft Week Announces Partnership With Thos. Moser

American Craft Week, now in its fourth year, announces partnership with Thos. Moser, makers of fine furniture, handcrafted in Maine, with showrooms in New York, Boston, San Francisco and Greenwich, Ct. "We are thrilled Thos. Moser is celebrating our mission by contributing 5% of all sales on all products during American Craft Week, October 4-13. The touching new play 'Spring at the WIllowbrook Inn' by Jonathan Van Dyke and Douglas C. Evans, will make it's NY premiere as part of The Fresh Fruit Festival July 26-29. 'Spring at the Willowbrook Inn' follows the lives of Cooper Stanwyk and Joshua Hill from their first meeting in 1967 at a motivational conference. This unlikely pair develop a deep relationship based on mutual understanding and love as their lives unfold separately. Through correspondence and decades of meeting at the Willowbrook they become a pivotal role in each others lives, supporting each other through the unpredictabilities each one faces.

COLUMBIA STAGES, the award-winning producing arm of Columbia University's Graduate Theatre Program, announces its 2008-2009 season. The highly political season will include Baal and The Threepenny Opera by Bertolt Brecht; Euripides' Medea; Big Love by Charles L. Mee; The Woman by Edward Bond; a co-production with Origin Theatre Company; a new adaptation of Geoffrey Chaucer's The Canterbury Tales and the 5th annual New Voices New Play Festival. The 2008-2009 season begins October 22nd at The Riverside Theatre, 91 Claremont Avenue between 120th and 122nd Streets.
