Tomorrow, March 7 Andrew Lloyd Webber will appear on ITV's Daybreak (8:20am) and BBC Radio 4's Front Row(7:15am) to chat about the Love Never Dies film, which is set to be released on DVD in the UK on March 12.

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, directed by the Stratford Shakespeare Festival's Artistic Director and 2-time Tony Award winner Des McAnuff, opens March 22, 2012 at the Neil Simon Theatre. Previews began March 1. Broadway friends welcomed the new production to the block and BroadwayWorld was there for the photo op.

Love Never Dies, the sequel to The Phantom of the Opera, will arrive in movie theatres on February 28, and according to Andrew Lloyd Webber, all hope might not be lost for bringing the new musical to Broadway. He told Reuters: 'I think it will inevitably come, at some point. But in many ways I now feel like I've closed the chapter on it. The film that's being shown is something I'm very, very proud of. So in a way it doesn't really matter if it comes tomorrow or five years' time. But I'm sure it will.'

Musical theatre legend Andrew Lloyd Webber revealed today that he is thinking about basing his next musical project on the Profumo affair, which went down almost 50 years ago.

On Friday night, February 17th, cast members from JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR performed a special secret fan preview concert for a few very lucky fans of the show. The concert featured some of the show's most notable hit songs, performed at the very appropriate venue of 'The Crypt' at The Church of the Intercession on 155th Street and Broadway in New York City. The Broadway production of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR has announced a Student Rush policy. Tickets for $27 will be available at the box office on the day of the performance, cash only with a valid student ID, limit of 2 tickets per person.

On Thursday, February 16, Andrew Lloyd Webber will be featured on PBS's NYC Arts, airing on THIRTEEN from 8-8.30pm EST, and again on Sunday 19th February from 12-12.30pm EST. The interview will also air on WLIW/Long Island Channel 21 on Friday 17th February at 7pm EST, and on NJTV on Sunday 19th February at 8.30pm EST.

Jesus Christ Superstar played the La Jolla Playhouse November 18 - December 31. Watch the cast give their final bow on New Year's eve during their pre-Broadway run.

Josh Young, who will be starring in the role of Judas in the critically acclaimed Broadway revival of Jesus Christ Superstar is engaged to be married to his girlfriend of one year, Alia Rosenstock. Alia is the Associate Artist Manager at Dean Artists Management in Toronto; specializing in classical singers, directors and conductors. No wedding date has been announced.
