Sheffield Theatres' Artistic Director Daniel Evans today announces the final production in the Theatres' autumn season, the world premiere of Bryony Lavery's Queen Coal directed by Robert Shaw Cameron, alongside the news that in an unprecedented development for the company, they will take three of their productions in the forthcoming season on tour, enabling their work to reach as wide an audience as possible.

Primavera has announced full casting for Jean-Jacques Bernard's seminal 1922 play Martine, which opens on Tuesday, 22 April 2014 for a four-week season. Award-winning film and television star Hannah Murray plays Martine, supported by the iconic Susan Penhaligon as Madame Mervan, Leila Crerar as Jeanne, Chris Porter as Alfred, and Barnaby Sax as Julien.

The Theatre Royal Bath has announced its 2014 Summer Season, comprising four productions and starring Clare Higgins, Tim Pigott-Smith, Alison Steadman and Felicity Kendal. Beginning on 18th June with Edward Albee's WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF, the season continues with KAFKA'S DICK by Alan Bennett, followed by THERESE RAQUIN by Emile Zola, and concludes on 6th September with Noel Coward's HAY FEVER.

Eric Abraham and the Fugard Theatre will present A HUMAN BEING DIED THAT NIGHT, a play by Nicholas Wright, in a tour that opens at the Fugard Studio Theatre in Cape Town, before transferring to the Market Theatre in Johannesburg, after which the show will be performed in a formal London season at the Hampstead Theatre in May 2014.

A Finborough Theatre commission, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, Michael Hastings' Lee Harvey Oswald - A Far Mean Streak of Independence Brought on by Negleck opens at the Finborough Theatre for a limited season onSunday, 3 November 2013, with an special additional performance on Friday, 22 November at 12.30pm at the exact time of the assassination.

Today, the Shakespeare Theatre Company (STC), Lansburgh Theater, Inc. (LTI), and all other parties to the litigation over the occupancy of the Lansburgh Theatre have announced that they have resolved all aspects of their dispute and that the award-winning theatre troupe will remain in the historic building in Washington, D.C.'s Penn Quarter under a new long-term lease. According to the terms of the settlement, STC will occupy the space under successive 20-year leases as long as STC meets certain conditions and is properly maintaining the premises.

Chicago Shakespeare Theater (CST) announces William Shakespeare's Henry VIII, the first professional Chicago production in 400 years since its debut at Shakespeare's Globe in London. Staged by Artistic Director Barbara Gaines in CST's Courtyard Theater April 30-June 16, 2013, Henry VIII features a celebrated company of artists that includes Gregory Wooddell in the title role and Christina Pumariega as Anne Boleyn. The acting company features an ensemble of veteran CST actors which includes Kate Buddeke, David Darlow, Kevin Gudahl, Scott Jaeck, Ora Jones, David Lively and Mike Nussbaum.
