Theatre Out, Orange County's gay and lesbian theatre, presents Jonathan Larson's autobiographical musical TICK, TICK...BOOM!. Recalling the life of composer Jonathan Larson in the years leading up to the creation of RENT, TICK, TICK...BOOM! is a deeply personal look at the courage required to follow your dreams through life's most difficult challenges. The show will play its final performance on February 20.

Tonight at Joe's Pub, musical theater writers Joe Iconis and Michael R. Jackson will present a stripped down night of their incendiary tunes. No rock band, no cast of thousands- just the boys and a piano and their music. A couple of special guest stars (including the raw Molly Hager and the ragged Jason 'SweetTooth' Williams) will join the boys for a concert that is sure to shock, bother, offend, and titillate.

The theatre, which has been a staple in Michigan, providing theatre for more than 60 years, has been home to some of Broadway's biggest names including Jonathan Larson, Marin Mazzie, and Tom Wopat.
