NBC Sports Group announced today the formation of NBC Sports Network Fight Night, a boxing series featuring premier boxing talent. Fight Night will debut on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012 on the NBC Sports Network (which will be renamed from VERSUS on Jan. 2, 2012), from Asylum Arena in Philadelphia, Pa.

NBC will present the 10th anniversary edition of its popular holiday special 'The National Dog Show Presented by Purina' this Thanksgiving Day, from noon - 2:00p.m. in all time zones, following the telecast of NBC's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

NBC Sports to Launch First-Ever College Hockey Coverage

The NBC Sports Group will air 16 live college hockey games this season on NBC Sports Network, including four from the Hockey East Tournament (one Quarterfinal, both Semifinals and the Final). This season's schedule, which marks the first time that the NBC Sports Group will air college hockey games, was developed through partnerships with numerous collegiate hockey associations and universities.
