The Broadway Green Alliance, with the support of WeRecycle!, encourages the New York City theatre community to come deposit their Electronic Waste (broken cell phones, computers, printers, and dry batteries) in the center of Times Square for safe disposal and recycling.

Set to perform at this year's gala are the casts of the winning shows, as well as Sh-K-Boom's own Sherie Rene Scott, Alice Ripley, Gavin Creel, and Kelli O'Hara. The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is excited to announce the all-star cast of Academy, part of the 2009 New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF)'s Next Link Project. Originally part of the Maltz Jupiter Theatre's inaugural Emerging Artist Series in Musical Theater Playwriting, Academy will perform for six performances in New York from October 6 - 17, 2009 at NYMF.
