On April 19th & 20th, the cult classic musical Reefer Madness, with book and lyrics by Kevin Murphy and book and music by Dan Studney, will be presented in concert at 54 Below for 3 performances only. The concert will star original movie and stage cast members Christian Campbell, John Kassir, Harry S. Murphy, Amy Spanger, Robert Torti, and several guest stars to be announced soon.

This summer, the newly formed professional theatre company, Double Dog Theatre, will welcome patrons to their first production, the anti-marijuana spoof, Reefer Madness, The Musical.

Actor and filmmaker John Schneider (Smallville, Dukes of Hazzard) has rounded up some of horror's most famous faces for Smothered, premiering in New Orleans in May.

REEFER MADNESS, the cult classic with book and lyrics by Kevin Murphy and book and music by Dan Studney which will return to New York City 13 years after it's limited off-Broadway engagement for a one night only concert event at New World, has added Lea Delaria ('Orange is the New Black'), Amy Spanger (Elf, 'Reefer Madness' film), Andrea McArdle (Annie), John Kassir (Reefer Madness), Lesli Margherita (Matilta) and Jenna Leigh Green (Wicked) to it's lineup. Previously announced cast members include Alan Cumming (Cabaret, 'The Good Wife'), Christian Campbell (Reefer Madness), and Thomas Dekker ('The Secret Circle,' 'A Nightmare on Elm Street').

Lindsay Shaw, best known for playing Jennifer Ann 'Moze' Mosely on the Nickelodeon series Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and as Paige McCullers on the ABC Family hit drama Pretty Little Liars and Chad Allen came to see SILENCE! FEARnet-the cable industry's premier TV movie network, VOD channel and online portal featuring horror, suspense and thriller content-will join forces with Todd Masters' MASTERSFX to present 'Son of a BASH,' an exclusive star-studded costume party celebrating the 25th anniversary of MASTERSFX. 'Son of a BASH' is the 15th MASTERSFX BASH, and the first BASH since 2007. This industry event will be a feast for the senses, featuring live entertainment, masterful makeup and a disturbing DJ set by the legendary CryptKeeper, himself, from 'Tales from the Crypt.' The red carpet will begin at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 27 at the Marriott Burbank Hotel & Convention Center in Burbank, CA. 'Son of a BASH' is being organized in conjunction with the Son of Monsterpalooza convention, starting Friday, October 26.

And to which audiences would respond in howl-a-minute frankness and style? Well, it has surely happened with the award-winning Silence! The Musical, now in its Los Angeles debut at the Hayworth Theatre. But a few words of warning: really know the movie The Silence of the Lambs inside out, and if you haven't seen it in a while, rent it and watch it right before the stage show!
