United Solo, the world's largest solo theatre festival, concluded its third annual season with a closing ceremony held on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Theatre ROW on 42nd Street in New York City. Local and international performers, special guests, and festival team members gathered to celebrate the one hundred solo productions that were offered this fall.

One hundred solo productions will be presented between today, October 11 and November 18, 2012, among them fifteen shows by artists who successfully performed at the United Solo Festival in the past.
On Sunday, October 28 at 11am, Boston roots musician and family entertainer Alastair Moock will play a special Halloween show for kids and families at 92Y Tribeca as part of the club's Bring Your Own Kid series. Alastair will be accompanied by his band and will be performing a number of "slightly scary" tunes as well as favorites from his own repertoire. 92Y Tribeca is located at 200 Hudson St. Tickets are $15 and free for kids under 2. During the upcoming six?week run between October 11 and November 18, a variety of one hundred solo shows will perform at Theatre ROW on 42nd Street in New York. Performers come from all over the world, bringing stories in which they explore global and local issues, address universal dilemmas, and adapt classical literature in shows like "Medea's Got Some Issues," "The Picture of Dorian Gray," and "Vonnegut, Vonnegut."
