Smithsonian Channel Launches New Spinoff of Landmark Series AERIAL AMERICA with AERIAL CITIES

The most expansive and ambitious aerial series in U.S. television history - AERIAL AMERICA - is taking a closer look at the nation's great urban areas in a new six-part spinoff series, AERIAL CITIES. Each episode reveals fascinating insights in the day and night life of some of America's most famed metropolises: Las Vegas, Chicago, Seattle, Miami, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Along with showcasing each city's iconic landmarks and often-surprising history, the series' 4K cameras capture a bird's-eye perspective of the frenzy of work and play that make each city so distinctive - from morning yoga on Miami Beach to the dizzying job of changing a lightbulb at the top of Seattle's Space Needle and the highest open-air cocktail bar in the Western Hemisphere in L.A.'s newest skyscraper. One Night Only Staged Reading Of FINISH LINE To Honor Five Year Anniversary Of Boston Marathon Bombing

Boston Theater Company, in association with the Boch Center, will present a one night only staged reading of Finish Line: A Documentary Play About the 2013 Boston Marathon at the Calderwood Pavilion on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 7:30PM to honor the five year anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombing. The reading is sponsored by the Boston Athletic Association. Tickets are on sale now.

A series of Saturdayworkshops and regional preliminary bouts throughout the fall culminate in a raucous and fun-filled Finals Bout on Monday, December 11 at 6:00 p.m. on CST's Courtyard Theater stage. Emcees warm up the crowd and an onstage DJ drops beats as nine teams perform, cheered on by a full house of fellow participants, classmates and friends. This year's Finals Bout performances will be overseen by a star-studded panel of judges (special guests to be announced).
